It is an efficient iron phosphate material on metal material. It is applied by immersion. Also suitable concentration of 3-5%. The operating temperature is within 50 - 55°C. It has an excellent degreasing property. 4-6 minutes in the bath is sufficient for coating. Preparation of a new bath from scratch (per ton of bath)

ANALYSIS:

Take 10 ml of the bath sample into a flask. Titrate with 0.1 N sodium hydroxide solution, adding 3-5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator to it. The color will change from colorless to permanent pink. Each ml of 0.1 N sodium hydroxide consumed is a point number. Check the pH at least once a day using suitable indicator paper.

THE CONTROL:

Immersion: 6 - 8 pH points: 4.0 - 4.5

When the total acid number falls below the desired value, adding 3 kg of 3097 per ton of bath increases the number of spots by one.

NOTE: If the pH is higher than the desired value, add 0.2% (2 kg per ton of bath) 3097 pH according to the volume of the bath.

NOTE: When the bath is reinstalled, the coated parts may appear yellowish due to the low pH. It will be seen that there is no rust when wiping with a paper towel. After a few baskets have passed through the bathroom, the situation is normalized. The color will change to blue.
