Concentrated Carbon and Burnt Oil Remover ph 13-14

It is a product specially developed for the food industry and is used to clean ovens, baking sheets, burnt oil, tar, soot residues, chimney smoke and hoods.

Specifications

• When the oven is hot, a non-flammable, effective water-based detergent dissolves grease residues that can initially only be dissolved by flammable petroleum-based liquids.
• This is a very concentrated product. Dilution with hot water increases the consistency of the product.
• It is a safe and non-flammable product as it does not leave traces of oil in stoves and boilers.
• Leaves no odor or residue, eliminates odor and its sources, and ensures a healthy environment.

Recommendations for use

• Applied by spraying, brushing or dipping. After application of the product, loose deposits are removed by washing with water.
• It is diluted with water in the ratio 1/5 to 1/25.
• Can be diluted with soft and hard water.
• Best results are obtained by cleaning in a hot environment or by diluting with hot water.
